What you'll need

Option A — Microsoft's Media Creation Tool
- On a working PC, download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s official Windows 11 download page.
- Run it, accept the license terms, and choose “Create installation media for another PC.”
- Select language, edition and architecture (or leave “recommended options” checked).
- Choose USB flash drive, select your inserted drive, and click Next.
- Wait for it to download (~5 GB) and write the installer — do not remove the drive until it finishes.
